Daily menu
With a daily menu featuring fresh, homemade dishes from locally sourced suppliers, the Peacock Restaurant offers a variety of catering options with personalised menus to suit the occasion as visitors relax and enjoy their surroundings.
So whether it’s a healthy option, vegetarian, soup, sandwiches or a homemade beef burger, there’s lots to choose from as the Pumpkin team welcomes you in with a friendly and efficient service.

Afternoon Tea
Pop in for a traditional “Afternoon Tea” with freshly baked fruit and plain scone, clotted cream, preserves and a cup of tea or chill out on sunny days with an enticing menu, featuring a selection of snacks, chilled drinks and ice creams.
Please note: Picnics and or private, self-catered parties are not permitted in the Peacock Restaurant without the prior consent of the caterer.
Gift Shop
Beale Park’s Shop has a great selection of gift ideas as well as a range of confectionery, buckets and spades, t-shirts and lunch boxes including the popular Tractor Ted, the lovable children’s character.
It’s the ideal place to find a special souvenir treat for your children at the end of a busy, fun-packed day.
Or, if you are looking for a unique gift for a member of your family the Shop also stocks the popular Royal Horticultural Society candles and a selection of Alex Clark Design merchandise. These would all make a lovely Mother’s Day or Father’s Day gift, a birthday present, or an anniversary gift or even give you the chance to stock-up on some Christmas presents.
