Are you brave enough for our new reptile encounter?

9 May 2022

Are you brave enough to come face to face with our reptiles? Get ready to say hello to our creepy crawlies (who aren’t at all creepy), including snakes, tortoises, lizards and insects*. In this hands-on experience, you’ll handle, wash and feed a selection of our most popular residents of the Reptile House. You may even have the chance to feed Neville the West African dwarf crocodile. Your party will have the undivided attention of a keeper and will learn all about these amazing creatures, from their natural behaviours to their diet. The price for the 30-minute experience is £45 per person for adults and children aged 8+, with spaces limited to one booking of up to five people per day. The price includes your park entry. Available seven days per week at 2.30pm. Please note, for any children enjoying an experience without a parent or carer, their supervising adult must be present outside the enclosure.

* The final line-up cannot be guaranteed – while we try to include as wide a variety as possible, specific animals are subject to change without notice.
