A few things to know before the fun begins!

• • Tickets are for the Pumpkin Patch only unless stated; park admission is separate.
  • Under 1s go free.
  • Your booking is for an arrival window; once admitted you may stay within opening hours. Re-entry is at our team’s discretion.
  • The Pumpkin Patch is in a field on the estate and ground can be uneven in places; some areas may be unsuitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
  • Dogs are welcome on Dog Day (1 Nov) and must be on short leads at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the wildlife park (assistance dogs excepted).
  • Pumpkins are charged by size and are subject to availability. Once paid for, pumpkins are non-refundable.
  • Activities, timings and facilities may change or be withdrawn without notice for safety, capacity or weather.
  • We’re an outdoor event and operate in most weather. If we cancel, you’ll be offered a transfer or a refund of the ticket face value (booking fees are non-refundable). If you can’t attend, tickets are non-refundable.
  • Online bookings: you’ll receive a single-use park entry discount code with your confirmation. Valid only for the booked visit date, not combinable with other offers, non-transferable, no cash value.
  • Please follow staff instructions and supervise children at all times. No smoking or vaping except in designated areas.
  • We may take photos/video for marketing; please speak to a team member if you’d prefer not to be included.
  • Tickets must not be resold. We reserve the right to refuse admission for safety reasons or misuse of tickets.
  • Parking is at the owner’s risk.
