BEALE WILDLIFE PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation by the visitor

We regret that our cancellation policy does not permit the cancellation or refund of ticket(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. Beale Wildlife Park operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets bought at admissions, booked online or by telephone. Tickets are valid only for the date they are booked and cannot be transferred to another date. We cannot refund tickets for bad weather conditions.

Cancellation by Us

If, for whatever reason, we cancel your visit and an alternative cannot be offered or taken, a refund in full (if applicable) shall be made within ten (10) working days of such a cancellation being confirmed. Compensation will not be payable, and no liability will be taken where we are forced to cancel because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could have avoided even with all due care. No compensation will be payable if we cancel because of your failure to comply with these terms. No additional compensation, consequential losses, additional travelling costs or other such claim shall be accepted in such an unfortunate event.

Booking Amendments

Attraction Availability

For your safety, management reserve the right to suspend or close Attractions in inclement weather or for routine and preventative maintenance. A daily closing time of all Attractions is detailed at the main gate. In the event of a large queue for an individual ride/attraction within an Attraction, the management will close the queue line prior to the Attraction closing time to ensure that the last ride happens at the daily closing time. Management reserve the right to alter Attractions as may be deemed necessary without prior notice. Whilst every effort is made to provide all the rides, attractions and facilities mentioned, we cannot guarantee that they will all be available all day, every day. Beale Wildlife Park reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the programme of rides and attractions and/or the Attraction’s operating hours. Beale Park in its absolute discretion reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the Attraction at any time or to restrict the number of persons having access to the Attraction. The reason for any closure or restriction provided by this condition may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, inclement weather, special events or to ensure the safety and security of guests or if Beale Wildlife Park reasonably considers the circumstances so require. If the whole Attraction is closed for any of the reasons set out above, we reserve the right to offer substitute tickets for admission to the Attraction on an alternative date in substitution for any other form of redress.

Animal Experiences

Once an Animal Experience date is booked, it cannot be changed or refunded unless due to exceptional circumstances. This is at the discretion of Beale Wildlife Park, and at least seven days’ notice is required before the booked date. Please note we will only ever allow one date change. Please also note that we have minimum age requirements for all our Experiences. Ages will be verified before entry and no refunds can be offered if participants are underage. Please advise at the time of booking if anyone taking part has additional requirements including a disability, pregnancy, diet or immune suppression which may require an Experience to be varied or changed. Experiences will begin at the advertised times. Sadly, we are unable to wait for any late arrivals or offer extra time at the end. Beale Wildlife Park reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booked Experiences for reasons such as severe weather, staff shortages, and animal welfare. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible but please be aware that cancellations may occur on the day of the Experience for reasons beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation or any other costs if a date is cancelled. Participants must always abide by the instructions given to them by staff members. We reserve the right to ask the participant to leave the site should they behave in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
