Book tickets

Pre-booking tickets online is recommended. We are limiting numbers to ensure social distancing is possible. This also allows you to secure your preferred slot and reduces queue times for all our visitors.

Please note that we suggest that even members are asked to book tickets in advance online (even though no payment will be taken). Gift vouchers can only currently be redeemed in person.

Please print your barcode confirmation for us to scan when you arrive.

We have introduced a Gift Aid on Entry scheme for admission tickets. This Government scheme allows charities to claim an extra 25p per £1 spent by the visitor on admission entry. When you are purchasing your ticket, please select the option to add a 10% donation – there is no additional cost to you, but it allows us to claim Gift Aid.
