Do I have to book online?
We would prefer you to book online as it helps with managing queues and social distancing so if you can please click here. If we are full and you’ve not pre-booked we won’t be able to squeeze you in!
Can I just turn up and pay when I get there?
Due to social distancing we would prefer if visitor pre-book via our system (click here) and have an allocated number of tickets per 30 minutes. If we have un-allocated spaces available when you arrive you will be able to pay on entry.
What are your opening times?
From Monday 12th April we are open daily from 10am. Last entry is at 5pm with Park closed to visitors at 6pm.
Is there parking?
Yes – there is parking on site and it is free of charge.
Can I bring my dog?
No – only service dogs are allowed within the Park.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes – we have plenty of picnic tables around the park or you can simply sit on the grass to enjoy your picnic.
What catering facilities are on site?
We have the Peacock Restaurant and, new for 2021, we are opening a café in the Pavilion. Both places offer a range of meals plus delicious treats to top up your picnic.
Can I smoke in the Park?
The Park is a no-smoking and no-vaping free zone. There is a smoking/vaping area near the Ticket Office at the top of the car park.

We are located just a couple of miles from Pangbourne along the A329. Click here for directions.
Can I access the Park from the River Thames?
Yes, you can. We will be announcing mooring spaces soon. Please keep an eye on our social media and website.
