Pre-booking your admission ticket
There is a strict no refund policy for pre-booked tickets. We will change the date of your visit if provided with 14 days notice prior to the event day.
Standard class postal delivery is included in the cost of all our retail products. We aim to despatch all postal orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to five working days for delivery of these items.
Choose your item, complete the necessary fields and click on “add to basket”. Once you are in the CHECKOUT complete the form, and send us payment via the secure trading payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using sophisticated e-payment software.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
